Clear Communication, Compassionate Support
We understand that medical tests and procedures can sometimes feel daunting or unclear. That is why we’re committed to clear, compassionate communication every step of the way. We encourage you to bring a family member or support person to your appointment, ask questions freely, and don’t hesitate to bring a notebook to jot things down.
Following your consultation or hospital admission, your referring doctor will receive a detailed letter outlining what was discussed, any tests performed, and whether a procedure is planned. We strongly encourage you to stay connected with your general practitioner or referring doctor and discuss your care journey with them—they are an important part of your ongoing health team.
